The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to the main subway line, Roppongi Hills shopping mall, and the business center. This made it convenient for us to explore different parts of the city without any hassle. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, with a great bathroom and shower area. The service was excellent, with a helpful concierge team who assisted us with restaurant reservations. The breakfast had a variety of options and the food and beverage options were enjoyable.

Some guests mentioned that the bed was too firm and the pillows were not fluffy, which affected their sleep.

The rooms here are very spacious, luxurious with great views and the breakfast is exceptional, in a fantastic location close to movie theaters and restaurants.

Location: the hotel was close enough to a large shopping center, the Mori Museum and the Tokyo Sky Deck with amazing views of the city, all the branded shop and the Roppongi subway station and surrounding shopping complex.
